How to order your pictures…
LocalEventPhotos.com accepts credit cards on our
web site, and mail orders by personal check or money
order. Most orders are direct via our web site. Some
live events offer ‘Point Of Sale’ onsite.
Ordering from our web site is easy and secure via
PayPal with Visa and MasterCard accepted.
Website Orders:
Prints:
All standard prints are on Kodak E-Surface paper in
Matt Finish from our professional photo lab. ‘Gallery
Prints’ are stretched canvas on wood frames.
‘Stand Out Prints’ are poster size prints
backed on ¾” foam core with black (or)
white sidewalls. Both are ready to hang ‘art
prints’ beautiful for any home or office.
Prints are sold individually. Print packages are
‘same image’. You can’t mix images
in print packages.
To Purchase Prints:
1. Add each image to ‘My Favorites’.
2. While viewing each image, click ‘Purchase
Options’.
3. Check preferred purchase option. 4. Add to cart.
5. Repeat each picture you want to order. 6. Check
out- follow instructions.
Electronic Images:
Electronic images are rendered on CD at minimum resolution
of 2400x1600 @ 300 dpi, suitable for most standard
prinr sizes, and include a non-commercial, non-exclusive,
personal use license agreement on the CD. Photographer
retains copyright.
Electronic picture files are sold in blocks of five
on CD for $59.95 ($12 each). There is no discount
for less than, or more than five images on a CD. To
buy more than five (5) images simply duplicate another
CD order in your shopping cart, and then follow directions
during check out to complete your order.
To Purchase CD’s:
1. Add each image to ‘My Favorites’.
2. While viewing any ‘one’ image click
‘Purchase Options’. 3. Check CD option.
4. Add to cart. 5. Check out- follow instructions.
6. Then email all image numbers to: purchase@localeventphotos.com.
Important!
When ordering your CD set, you must email (each) specific
photo number (PPS####), with the specific date &
gallery they are posted in. We apologize for any inconvenience,
but our shopping cart only allows one item (same image)
purchasing. You still make your order via the shopping
cart, but only one image (photo) will show in your
order. Please email the rest of your photo numbers
so we can process your order.
Checks or money orders,
you need to provide the following information along
with your payment: 1. The specific "Photo Gallery"
your image was posted in. 2. Date and individual photo
numbers (PPS####). 3. What you are ordering; e.g.
quantity, print sizes, CD files, etc. 4. Total purchase
price. 5. Shipping and handling charges at $1.50 per
print, or CD. 6. Nevada sales tax at 7.375% (if shipping
within NV). 7. Your mailing address, telephone #,
and email address. If this information is incomplete
we can’t process your order until corrected.
Make checks payable to and mail to our address.
Processing & Shipping:
Orders are processes within three (3) business days,
and shipped USPS ground. Please allow approximately
seven (7) business days to receive your order.
Guarantee and Returns:
LocalEventPhotos.com guarantee our prints and images
to be of the highest professional quality. All prints
and digital media orders are provided at a minimum
of 300 DPI. Due to the capabilities of digital photography
and scanning technologies, LocalEventPhotos.com cannot
provide refunds on print or electronic image purchases.
However, if your product is damaged in any way, if
you receive an incorrect order, if your not happy
with the product for any reason, return the item,
in its original package, for a replacement, to:
